would it be too much to hope that they will not attempt to butcher this much loved series on the silver screen again? because despite how much i want to prove the critics wrong, they are not too far from the truth.
with all the comedy and interesting parts cut out, the doom and gloom does not make much of a nice show.
perhaps this is the 'other side' of the series that we did not see. (well done to director for seeing it!) the dire tragedy and dangers that you can't put in a kid's cartoon, but you know what? i prefer the kid's version.
when i go into a cinema, i want to be entertained and not frightened out of my wits! this is even more of a point after the amount that i pay (notice i hate scary movies.. )
so, while this is not scary, it is decent! but no love for it..
long live the cartoon version~~~ ( which i soooo badly want to marathon movie it)
