Next Stop, Happiness
is a Taiwanese drama also known as Autumn's Concerto. it is relatively new, i am told. i initially thought it's one of the older one. because:
- the soundtrack uses the older songs. like 'i love him' by DingDang, and 'i thought' by VictorWang..(i thought is Really old^^)
- Vanness Wu from Meteor Garden. (gosh it really has been long) he looks hot here as male lead Ren GuangXi. but i sort of categorised him into the older drama casts, you know? plus, how is it he doesn't look much different?? erm, maybe he looks better here than then.. long hair = *yuck*
i will admit that the begining of the story was so typically sob-story. (well, maybe it is worse than normal) but the reaction of female character, MuCheng [Ady An] is amazing. which is probably why, i was pretty much glancing through initially while Joyce watched minute by minute. (i saw the scene of them on the ice rink though.. *awwwww* which reminded me of something..) it was during the later part that i got hooked and tortured Joyce into completing it with me. bet she regrets gushing about the little boy to me now.. hehehe..

oh, there were certain intervals where i really felt like hammering GuangXi for being so egoistically thick. it is pretty frustrating when they do really love each other (complete with a very smart son, durr. *rolls eyes*) but always end up arguing and never getting things said out directly..
well, there is a happy ending. they had 21 episodes to get it done anyway.. with lots of help, from XiaoLek, TuoYe and company.. *melts*
it was also pretty interesting to note that, if future boyfriend/husband is a lawyer, be very aware. GuangXi sent her signed divorce papers with no intention of divorcing her at all. it seems that if he does not admit to signing it, it is null and void. even if SHE does sign it. *scaryy*

for Happiness, which stop do i alight at? truth is, so long it is with you by my side, the stop does not matter anymore..
Guang Xi: "Did you know that on the ice-skating rink, if you give your hand to the other person, it represents giving your life to him to take care of. I said that I will hold your hand, and this represents my promise to protect you, regardless of anything."

you can just google the title for more drama information. or, visit Alice Chen's page. she does a lot on Korean Taiwanese and HongKong dramas. (from what i can see, it really is A LOT) plus, she also provides the OST download links.. for a lot of dramas i suspect. so drop by, all dramaniacs.
credits to Alice for posting the OST download links.
