my Honeymoon..

is shop selling desserts in Pyramid.. we went after watching 2012 the other day..

do you notice anything 'different' about this picture of Joyce??

hehehe.. check out the dessert in her Bowl, and the dessert in her Spoon.. one is black and white..
the other is pastry and multi-coloured fruit.. lol~
Lydia gave us some of hers to try.. it is really very nice!! layers and layers of thin crispy pastry with multi-coloured fruit.. it is topped with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, drizzled with some kind of berry sauce.. sounds like heaven right??

this is what i ordered..
one thing i like about my Honeymoon is how balanced the sweetness levels of their desserts are.. like mine, i ordered barley with soya chips and gingko nuts.. the gingko nuts are pretty sweet so the rest complements that nicely..

the other thing that i do NOT like about this place is, the price.. hehehe.. it seems a little pricey place to go for desserts.. even though it is worth the money, cos their pricey dishes all use fresh imported ingredients..

so far, the desserts that are more favoured is the one that Lydia ordered and the Durian Pancake there.. sure, they are more pricey, but they taste like Heaven!! hehe, full votes for the Durian Pancake there.. just make sure you pocket is well insulated before you go.. that's all i'll say.. hahaha..
